(Middlesex County College) Business Administration Associate in Science – two years in the study of business administration, general & business accounting, economics, marketing, visual and musical arts, and other support studies for business education, and the different aspects that affect business cycles and sales.

(Broker designation) Broker / Salesperson – To become a broker, a licensed real estate agent must have at least 3 years of experience, complete broker classes, pass class tests, pass the state test, and pass criminal background checks. Out of all real estate agents, about 17% have the broker designation.

(ABR designation) Accredited Buyer's Representative - establishes a foundation of training, skills, and resources to help succeed as a buyer’s representative.

(AHWD certification) At Home with Diversity - covers how to work effectively with diverse populations so that I can deliver the results you are looking for in today’s multicultural real estate market.

(E-PRO certification) Electronic Professional - a thorough overview of social networks like Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn as well as image-focused social networks like Instagram and Pinterest. Intellectual property rules, the importance of data privacy and security as well as how to develop data privacy policies.

(C-RETS certification) Certified Real Estate Team Specialist - over the past several years, the team concept has evolved and become far more ubiquitous. As the real estate industry progresses and the consumers’ demands on the agent increase, many real estate professionals have begun moving their existing single-agent practice to a more sophisticated and advanced model to better serve their client's needs.

(MRP certification) Military Relocation Professional - When military staff and their families relocate, the services of a real estate professional who understands their needs and timetables makes the transfer easier, faster, and less stressful. I work with current and former military service members to find the right housing solutions for them and take full advantage of military benefits and support.

(PSA certification) Pricing Strategy Advisor - gives you the knowledge base and skills needed to successfully complete a comparative marketing analysis (CMA) and to clearly communicate it to your client(s). Understanding appraisals, best practices for pricing, and keeping up to date with market developments all are important to properly price the sale or purchase of your home.

REALTOR - The term REALTOR® is a registered collective membership mark that identifies a real estate professional who is a member of the National Association of REALTORS® and subscribes to its strict Code of Ethics.

(REPFA certification) Real Estate Pet Friendly Agent - Many renters have pets. Unfortunately, many landlords do not want their tenants to own pets. Understanding the laws when it comes to pet ownership and renting help get my clients and their pets into the rental unit they desire.

(RENE certification) Real Estate Negotiations Expert - Real estate professionals encounter all sorts of people, personalities, situations, behind the scenes issues, and adverse and competing objectives of the parties. This certification provides the tools I need to master and effectively advocate for my clients.

(RESE certification) Real Estate Staging Expert - Homes that are staged sell for 15% more on average than a home that is not staged. I can assist bringing in top dollar for your home sale, by giving you advice on how to properly stage your home for sale.

(RRE certification) Renovation Real Estate certification - Distressed properties can be the best deals in real estate. Understanding the renovation process, costs, permits, legalities, and other factors help clients better make a decision when purchasing a distressed property.

(RSPS certification) Resort and Second Home Specialist - The goal of a Resort Second-Home Property Specialist is to help buyers choose properties that meet their vacation or investment second-home goals by understanding the issues and trends that impact the second-home market.

(SFR certification) Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource - This certification provides the tools I need so that I can serve as a resource for sellers and buyers in the brokerage of distressed properties.
